DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer shipping via Federal Express throughout the United States through Redline shipping or Reptile Express. We ship overnight to your local Fed Ex hub. Buyer is responsible to pick up within 1 hour of arrival and notify KMS Reptiles. If pick up is not made within the 1 hour of arrival, KMS Reptiles will not be held liable. If the reptile is deceased upon pick up notify KMS Reptiles immediately. Buyer may be asked to provide a photo and possibly return shipment of the deceased reptile. We DO NOT offer cash refunds, but will happily offer credit toward another purchase. We only ship when temperatures are between 36-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrangements can be made for KMS Reptiles to hold your purchased reptile during winter months when shipping is not safe. When weather permits at both the origin and destination points, shipping will be arranged. Buyer's current phone number and email will be required so that tracking information may be provided.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, Square or wire transfer only.
PAYMENT PLANS
We offer short term payment plans (30 days) on gecko's $500 or more. Payment plans are not refundable, but can be used as credit towards another purchase. Payment plan must be agreed upon between KMS Reptiles and buyer.
SEXING
We cannot guarantee sex of any gecko weighing under 10 grams.
HEALTH
Only healthy, thriving reptiles are sold and shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for a "tail drop" during shipping and this does not affect the overall health of the reptile. If a tail is "dropped" prior to shipping, buyer will be notified.
